1. 1. I have read and accepted all the internship rules and guidelines.
2. 2. Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to receive the internship certificate.
3. 3. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. 4. The certificate will be issued only after completing all classes, assignments, and the final assessment.
5. 5. Providing false information may result in cancellation of my internship.
6. 6. I will follow all instructions, class rules, and the code of conduct of the institution.
7. 7. All study materials provided are the property of the institution and must not be shared.
8. 8. The institution may modify class schedules or content if required.
9. 9. I give consent to the institution to use my mobile number and email for future communication, updates, alerts, and important messages via WhatsApp, SMS, calls, or email.
